What's the shopping cart and how it work?
It keeps all the products that you are ordering online under one page named shopping cart, so that you don't get lost inside the pages. What you can do inside shopping cart is add or remove products, change quantities or go back to search for and add new products until you decide to finalise your order.
How you can order products?
In our online eShop, select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on its "Add to Cart" link one at a time. You can Add Quantity you wish to purchase or leave the deafult quantity and click again provided "Add to Cart" button. You will be directed to the shopping cart details page. You will see your selected item listed on this page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to our online eShop or you can continue to browse through the various sections and products link of our estore. Your selected product will be recorded in our shopping cart. To view while browsing our other section, you can always click on "View Cart" Link. If you want to remove any items from shopping cart you can click on "Delete" button and procced for your next item selection .
Shopping multiple items or adding multiple items in shopping cart.
After you have added the 1st item into the shopping cart, Select the 2nd item if you wish to purchase it, by clicking on its Add to Cart" link. You can Add Quantity to the item or purchase or leave the deafult quantity and click again provided "Add to Cart" button. You will be directed to the shopping cart page again. You will view your 1st and 2nd item listed on shopping cart page. Repeat the process until you have selected all the items you need to purchase. You can always remove any items from shopping cart by clicking "Delete" button and procced for your next item selection. You can also totally make the cart empty by clicking "Empty Cart" Button .
Is it mandatory that i sign-up while shopping through this website?
There is no need to sign up seperately, you will be automatically sing up while entering your details, only extra field we add is password field. Its easy. Your username will be email id and your password. If you return back to our eShop or when you are returning customer, you just enter your registered email address and password you have set, you do not need to enter billing and shipping details. Once sign in, you could always change and edit your details. Do not worry, if you forgot your password, please submit your email id and we will email your previous password promptly. Your Privacy is our primary concern, Please read our privacy policy for details .
Is entering different addresses for shipping and billing available?
Yes, you can. After you have completed your shopping and when you checkout, and if you are visiting the site as a new customer, you will be directed to enter your billing address & shipping address. After completion, the page appears with all ordered product details with billing and shipping address. After that, you will be swifted to the next page to select your payment options. If you click on credit card payment link, you will be directed to shopping controls, and after checkout, you will be directed to enter your billing address and credit card details. By default, your shipping address which you have entered earlier will stay in the billing address boxes. Now you can leave the default shipping address unchanged or clear the shipping contents and specify the new desired billing address .
Can I enter additional details in the shipping information page?
Yes, you can enter any related additional information or instructions for shipping products like if you want to get delivered your items through particular express DHL or Fedex. Or it may be any other service you seek.
What are the payment methods?
We accepts Online Credit Card payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB processed through PAY-PAL. And other payment methods like Bank SWIFT Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer, Money Gram International .
How safe is it to use my credit card?

What's the shipping charge?
DHL and Fedex Express is our official shipping partner and we use both of them depending on destination route or as the service asked by our valued customer. All Shipping charges of products ordered are calculated based on weight of package/order or volumetric standard weight provided by DHL and Fedex Express .
What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
You should always receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering, within an 12 hours of your order. There will be verification email also sent by PAY-PAL after successful credit card processing. How soon will I receive my order?
After your payment is verified and after the confirmation from the PAY-PAL (It process your information and verifies and confirms that your credit card is valid), your oder is shipped instantly. This transaction usually happens on the same day, or the next business day after your payment is verified .
How can I check on the status of my order?
DHL/Fedex Airway Bill Tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can view your order status through DHLWebsite or Fedex Express Website or the media through which you choosed your products to be delivered.
Is shipping to PO Box possible?
No, please provide physical street addresses only, because the fact that DHL and Fedex does not deliver to PO Box. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused .
Will my information be shared with anyone else?
